I’ve had a real productive week thanks to my new long arm. On Friday I was given 5 quilt tops that were donated to the High River Quilt Project. I’ve managed to quilt 3 of them so far. They are all quite scrappy and colourful so I just used a simple all over meander. As a bonus this also means that I have the first 3 projects for Leanne’s 4th quarter FAL done.
I’ve also finished piecing Tropical Punch so it is waiting in the queue for FMQ.

Congrats on new machine! I love the orange/Green Tropical punch, fabulous color choices! What do you like best about the new long-arm?
I love absolutely everything but I can’t believe that I can have a whole quilt sandwiched and quilted in less time then it would take me to just spray or pin baste my quilt sandwich.
