We are having a bit of a baby explosion in our extended family. On February 9th we welcomed Ava Nicole. I thought they were due in March so I had some time to spare. I was so sure that they were having a boy that I had started on a masculine quilt. When we got the call that it was a girl, I had to switch to baby girl mode. I just love this fabric from Bonnie and Camille and thought it was perfect. I’ve never played with a drunkards path block so that was my inspiration.
I had some fun free motion quilting it to enhance the shapes.
