Now that the 1st Annual Sporting Detection Dogs Association’s National Challenge Cup banquet is over, I can share this quilt I made and donated.
I incorporated the SDDA colours of purple and black and included the logo that was designed by one of our members.
I had a lot of fun quilting the white background and even added paw prints.
Today is our Grandson’s 3rd birthday. I made him this very special quilt. It has a few thousand pieces in it and it took many, many hours to cut the fabric and piece it together. It was definitely a labour of love. He can either put it on his big boy bed and use it as a blanket or he can put it on the floor and play on it.
